PH Certified Signings is a professional, mobile notary public business proudly serving Atlanta and its surrounding cities. The owner, Pamela Henry, is a Georgia Commissioned Notary Public who has performed general notary work for her clients since 2006.


Pamela is certified by the Georgia Secretary of State as an Immigration Assistance Provider, and is available to assist the Spanish speaking community with their immigration matters.  She is also trained and certified by the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System to assist Georgia attorneys with real estate mortgage closings. 

PH Certified Signings will travel to your home, office, or any agreed upon public location to assist in your notarial needs.

An “apostille” is a form of authentication issued to documents for use in countries that participate in the Hague Convention of 1961. A list of countries that accept apostilles is provided by the US State Department.

If the country of intended use does not participate in the Hague Convention , documents being sent to that country can be “authenticated” or “certified”
